Farmhouse. Circa early C19. Stone rubble with granite quoins. Slate roof with
gable ends. Stone rubble end stacks.
Plan: Double depth plan with central entrance. Two principal rooms on front heated
by end stacks. Small unheated service rooms to rear flanking central stair.
Exterior: Two storeys. Almost symmetrical 3 window front. Central C19 6-panel door
with open porch; roughy cut granite piers supporting a slate hood. Two renewed C20
2-light casements to right and left with dressed stone segmental arches. On first
floor are two C19 16-pane sashes flanking a C20 window. The rear elevation is
unaltered with dressed stone arches to the ground floor openings and with C19
casements on first floor.
