Early C19 [On site of former Theatre, which opened on 7 December 1807, and closed
on 8 August 1833]. Stucco.
2 storeys and basement with area. Frieze and cornice to eaves, with blocking
course. Plain stringcourse above ground floor. 3 double-hung sash windows on
1st floor, with moulded embrassures. Segmental bay on ground floor and basement,
with at basement level 1 door and 1 double-hung sash window with glazing bars,
and on ground floor 3 double-hung sash windows with glazing bars, separated by
Tuscan pilasters, full entablature above whole. On each side of this bay 1 door,
wtth 6 fielded and moulded panels and semi-circular fanlight, in round-arched moulded
frame, up 4 limestone steps (west door) and 6 Bognor Rock steps (east door).
Plain iron railings and footscrapers flanking west steps. Iron railings with
both spear and "Egyptian" finials to area.

Nos 14 to 38 (even) are sometimes called The Parade.
Nos 14 to 18 (even) form a group.
