Late C18. [Marked on 1735 map]. Red brick, with rubbed brick voussoirs. Pitched
tile roof. Red brick chimneys, one with tumbling.
2 storeys. Brick modillion eaves cornice. 3 ranges of double-hung sash windows
with glazing bars, and white-painted keystones in voussoirs. Doorway with unfluted
Roman Doric columns, dentilled pediment, semi-circular fanlight, and 1 door with
6 fielded panel in panelled reveals. 1 planked cellar door, and 1 cellar window
with glazing bars. 1 storey painted brick extension to east. Hipped slate roof.
Red brick chimney. Brick modillion eaves cornice. 1 fixed window with glazing
bars on west side, and one 4-panelled door in plain deep reveals on north side.

Nos 3 to 31 (odd) and the Little House form a group with Nos 1, 2 & 6
Bakers Arms Hill.
