House, c1875. Red brick under machine-tiled roofs. T-shaped
plan. Entrance front to the west has a gable to the left. 2
storeys. Central entrance door is 4-panelled, the upper 2
panels glazed. 4-centred arch above a plain overlight. Square
single-storey bay to right with a 2/2 horned sash and a
pierced balustrade is an addition. Single-storey canted window
bay to left with 2/2 horned sashes and a pierced balustrade is
also an addition. One small window over door, one 6/6 unhorned
sash in the left gable head. Saw-toothed eaves cornice. Gabled
roofs carrying twin and triple-flued brick stacks. S return
with 2 flat projecting bays fitted with French windows.
INTERIOR: simple marble fireplaces; panelled doors.
