House and attached boundary wall. Dated 1806 on slab above
ground floor window, with late C20 addition. For Thomas
Halliday. Squared dressed stone with stone slate roof and 2
stone gable stacks. Windows are C20 wooden casements. 3
storeys; single window range. Second floor window smaller. C20
single storey addition to right, with glazed door and single
window.
INTERIOR is noted to have a stone winder stair and stone slab
upper floors on cantilevered stone corbels, those to the first
floor with ovolo moulded ends. Outside, dressed stone boundary
wall with slab coping and 2 tapered flat gate piers. Approx
10m long.
