2 houses, now hostel. c1845, restored c1989. Brick, rendered,
with hipped artificial slate roof and 2 brick ridge stacks.
Plinth, deep eaves with eaves band. 2 storeys; 3 x 3 windows.
Windows are glazing bar tilting casements. Brunswick Road
front has 3 windows set in slightly recessed bays. Below,
central doorcase with cornice and pilasters, half-glazed door
and overlight, flanked by single windows.
Left return, to Broomspring Lane, has 3 windows on each floor,
all set in recessed bays. INTERIOR not inspected.
