SUSSEX ROAD Southsea.
Boundary wall and gate piers. 1837-40. By TE Owen. Stuccoed.
Battered wall with moulded string and coping. Gate piers to
No.29 (qv) facing Sussex Road rusticated, each with weathered
and moulded cap and stone ball finial. Piers at centre facing
Kent Road are plain with cap and ball finial to left pier. On
right return to No.43 (qv) are 3 similar piers without ball
finial. Included for group value.
