Farmhouse, now house. c1700, in more than one build; much
altered and recently renovated. Coursed squared sandstone
rubble with quoins, stone slate roof. Single-depth 2-unit plan
with rear outshut (recently enlarged).
2 storeys and 2 windows, symmetrical; with a C20 gabled porch
in the centre flanked by two 2-light windows on each floor,
all with restored square-cut mulllions, plain surrounds and
sashed glazing. Stone gutter brackets; gable chimneys. Left
gable has one small 2-light window at ground floor; former
farm building (now a separate dwelling known as Kibble Bank
Barn, not included) adjoins at right-hand end. Rear: former
outshut now raised to form 2-storey wing; to the left of this,
one small square window on each floor, with traces of earlier
window(s) flanking that at ground floor.
INTERIOR: 2 crudely-hewn axial beams in 1st bay; 2 large
square beams with small chamfer in 2nd bay (former housepart);
very thick partition wall between bays (now partially removed
