Built in around 1905 to the design of the architect E J May. Irregular house of two storeys, four wide bays, the left bay having a hip-ended projecting wing with a large chimney in the inner return and a quasi-Venetian window in the end. Light red brick with dressings of brighter red. High pitched hipped, swept tiled roof with gablets, tall brick chimneys. From right bay projects a two-storey gabled porch with timber-framing, bargeboards and pendant and an arch-braced open entrance under cambered beam.
