Town house. Late C18. Incised stucco with plinth; steep dry
slate roof with dentilled eaves cornice; brick end stacks with
some old clay pots. Double-depth plan with probably 2
unequal-sized rooms at the front flanking an entrance hall.
2 storeys; 4-window range. Original 12-pane hornless sashes
with much crown glass. Mid C19 moulded pilastered doorway left
of centre with moulded hood on consoles; original 6-panel door
with fielded panels.
INTERIOR: not inspected but former list description notes: 2
ground-floor rooms with decorated plaster ceiling cornices and
friezes.
