Small house, later used as a tannery, now a house. C17 with
later remodelling. Painted rubble walls; dry slate roof; .
2-room plan.
2 storeys; 2-window range. C20 windows in original or old
openings. Large projection on left probably the original
lateral stack. C17 re-used chamfered stone as lintel to
left-hand window. Left-hand return has early C19
pointed-arched window with intersecting glazing bars.
INTERIOR: has brick-nogged partition left of entrance passage
and 5-bay C18 roof structure with pegged apexes and 2 tiers of
collars.
