Red brick cottage with some blue brick decoration. Plain tile roof. Single central red brick ridge chimney stack, rebuilt and lined C21. Brick coped gables with kneelers. Dentil eaves. Set on a mostly brick plinth. First floor band of red brick stretchers and blue brick headers. Blocked doorway (almost hidden behind a shrub - the segmental arched head is visible). To its right are two casement windows. Above are two sideways sliding sashes. The left gable wall has a C20 projecting bay. In the apex is a plaque inscribed J.E. 1735, for John Emmerton.
