A Grade II Listed Building in Thrumpton, Nottinghamshire

The Cottage, Yew Tree Cottage, Church Lane, Thrumpton

Uploader's Comments

Early C18 house. Red brick with blue brick chequering. Ashlar plinth. Slate roof with brick chimney stack. Brick coped gables with kneelers. Dentil eaves. First floor band. Two storeys plus garret. Central doorway with plank door. Most of the windows are Yorkshire sash windows with sideways sliding sashes and under segmental arched lintels. The house had been divided into two cottages, but the only signage here is for The Cottage. (Photo Oct 2014).
