Privy. Probably C17. Finely coursed stone rubble. Tile roof with gabled ends.
Small square building with north entrance at higher ground level, the ground
much lower at the rear (south). Gabled single-bay front with central doorway
with original heavy wooden chamfered doorframe with mason's mitres and plank
door. Interior: Plastered walls and ceiling. Rear wall lined with planks and
has wooden lavatory box with double seats. The floor is paved in stone. This
is a very rare survival of an early privy.
