of the framing replaced in brick and a C20 tile roof. 2-room
baffle-entry plan with an attic, an outshut to rear and the

only one bay of timber frame visible from outside which
includes a door, a 2-light casement window and a later
dormer window. 2-bay C20 extension. 2 brick ridge chimney
stacks. Much of internal frame survives.
