Cottage. Mid-late C18. Coursed squared sandstone with herring-bone tooling. Swept
pantile roof with ashlar coping and shaped kneelers. Brick end stacks. Two storeys,
3 bays. Central half-glazed door. C20 windows under splayed stone lintels with
herring-bone tooling incised with voussoirs on the ground floor and keystones on the
first floor. Stepped eaves band.
