Row of 3 cottages. Mid-late C18. Coursed squared sandstone with herring-bone
tooling. Concrete tile roofs to Ramblers Cottage and Brewers Cottage, swept pantile
roof to Pear Tree Cottage. Raised verges with ashlar coping and shaped kneelers to
gables. End brick stacks to each cottage. Two storeys, each cottage 2 bays. Central
C19 panelled doors under splayed stone lintels to Ramblers Cottage and Brewers
Cottage, C20 pent porch to Pear Tree Cottage. Small-paned Yorkshire sashes with
splayed lintels on ground floor to Ramblers Cottage and Brewers Cottage. C20
casements of c.1970 to Pear Tree Cottage. Stepped eaves.
