A C16 timber-framed house. 3 storeys and gable timber-framed with plaster
infill. Fine moulded bressumer. Overhang on joists. 2 fine grotesque brackets,
1st floor has 5 light continuous mullion with leaded lights. Ground floor
has a restored shop front with mullions and transoms. Interior has a king
post and a staircase with C18 twisted balusters. Arches and panelling.
Church of St Alphege and Nos 1O to 28 (consec) form a group.
