Wall and gatepiers. 1901 by Hugh McIntosh and Newman. Part of design of
Municipal buildings, court house and police and fire station. Comprises low
wall about 2 feet high with stone coping stepped down the hill
incorporating 2 pairs of brick and stone piers with round-headed caps with
portcullis design, foliage and ovolo moulding.
