GV II

House, now offices. C17 refaced in C18. Timber framed, clad in galleted
sandstone rubble with brick dressings to rear left, colourwashed brick and
rubble to front under plain tiled roofs, hipped to rear left. Two storeys
with gable to right and plat band over ground floor left. Brick dentilled
square stack to left hand wing, rebuilt square stack to right wing.
Irregular fenestration with four casement windows to first floor, the
majority 3-light and one cambered head 3-light window to ground floor right.
Shallow angle bay window to left on ground floor and two projecting square
fixed office windows with glazing bars to right of centre, flanking ¾ glazed
door. Half-glazed door to left under flat hood and half-glazed door to right.
Weatherboard pentice set back to left, catslide to rear left.
