Cottage. Late C18, with C19 addition. Coursed rubble stone with ashlar dressings and
stone slate roofs. Raised coped gables with kneelers and a single gable stack. Quoins 2
storey. South front has a single doorway to the right in flush ashlar surround with 4-panel
door. To the left a single 3-light flush mullion windows, and above a single similar
windows. Attached to left a single storey outhouse with a single plank door.
Rear, front has to the left a 2-light flush mullion window with a single light blocked. To
the right a single window. Above a 4-light flush mullion window.
