2 cottages, now one house. Dated 1778. Coursed squared gritstone,
graduated stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Central 4-panel door with
tie-stone jambs and a stone plaque above the lintel inscribed " J ", a

similar blocked doorway to right. Paired 4-pane sashes in stone surrounds
to ground and first floors, those to first floor smaller; a deeper 4-pane
sash above the entrance. Shaped kneelers, gable copings, end banded stacks.
Single-storey outbuilding left and barn to right not included in the
listing. Interior not inspected at resurvey.
