Detached cottage. Circa 1700. Ham stone roughly cut and squared, ashlar dressings; Welsh slate roof set to new pitch
probably replacing thatch; plain gables; one yellow brick and one stone chimney stack. Set at right angles to road: Two
storeys, 3 bays. Hollow-chamfer mullioned windows in chamfered recesses, hood mould to lower bay 1 and window to lower
bay 3 probably heightened; 2-light above and 3-light below, all rectangular-leaded with iron-traded opening lights: to
lower bay 2 a chamfered cambered-arched doorway with very deep lintol and square label, C20 boarded door. Rear
elevation, has another 2-light window and also small stairlight. Interior not seen.
