Caretaker's house. 1893. Snecked sandstone with plinth, quoins and ashlar
dressings; Welsh slate roof. L-plan. 2 storeys, 3 bays, the right projecting
under shaped gable. Central partly-glazed 6-panel door, paired ground-floor
sashes and single sashes above all have flat stone lintels; projecting stone
sills. Roof has coped left end chimney. Included for group value.
