Vicarage. Said to be circa 1850 by John Dobson. Coursed squared sandstone
with ashlar dressings, plinth and quoins; Welsh slate roof with stone gable
copings. C17 style. 2 storeys, 3 bays and pent left one-storey, one-bay
extension. Central gabled porch has chamfered lancet under low-pitched gable
with fleur-de-lys finial and moulded kneelers; Tudor-arched door in left
return of porch has 4 over 4 vertical panels in stop-chamfered surround;
panelled wood screen and corniced wood hood. 2-light windows in outer bays,
single light to left of porch and 3-light at centre of first floor, have plain
sashes in hollow-chamfered surrounds and stone mullions; first-floor windows
in outer bays rise slightly above eaves under steeply-gabled dormers in the
same style as the porch. Steeply-pitched double-span roof with flat copings on
moulded kneelers; panelled end chimneys, with plinths and cornices, on slightly-
