9/300 The Ice House
GV II
Ice house. Late C18. Red brick. Circular in plan. Entrance has steps leading
down to a doorway with ashlar lintel, inscribed "WB" on the reverse. The
entrance passage has a brick barrel vault and either side semi-circular headed
niches. The circular chamber itself, is sunk, with a very shallow brick vault.
