G.V. II

Fountain and basin. c.1845. Ashlar. Fountain in the form of a
dolphin head above a moulded semi-circular arch. The ramped side
walls terminate in flowery scrolls and at the centre is a square
basin with swept sides. Before the fountain is a semi-circular
basin with moulded rim. Formerly stood beside the south west
corner of the now demolished Uffington House. Source: Country
