Circa 1840/50. Two storeys and semi-basement flanked by pilaster strips.
Stuccoed, rendered quoins, plinth and first floor sill course casement
windows to basement. Low pitch hipped slate roof, projecting eaves. Four
windows, two in bow through height of building to South, recessed, sash,
no glazing bars except in basement, architrave surrounds block sills.
First floor window above doorway is blind. The door is recessed, panel-
led with a semi-circular fanlight, Doric pilasters with incised panels
flanking. Rendered porch built out with barrel vault leaded roof.
Outer double panelled doors (later) recessed, semi-circular fanlight
with radial glazing bars. Flanked by pilasters with incised panels with
Greek Key pattern. Architrave over. Flight of steps with rendered
parapets capped piers.

Nos 4 to 9 (consec) form a group.
