Shops and house. C19. Ashlar facade, flat roof behind parapet. 3 storeys, 4 bays, built as a continuation of, but not
identical to, No 16 and 17 Market place (qv). Shopfront probably late C19, with heavily moulded dentilled hood on
console brackets, Victorian style pilasters, and to left hand shop circular cast iron columns marking recessed doorway;
small shop front to right with part glazed door in semi-circular opening: 12-pane sash windows in plain openings to
both floors above, with separating band course; cornice differs from adjoining building. Interior not seen.
