Shop with house. C19. Roughcast rendered and colourwashed; Welsh slate roof to shallow pitch, plain gables; brick
chimney stacks. 3 storey, 4 bays, of which the two centre are wider and project slightly. Later C19 shopfront to bays 2
and 3, with wood pilasters, centre recessed doorway, plain fascia and flat hood on console brackets; garage door in
semi-circular arched opening bay 1 and to bay 4 a 6-panel door with plain fanlight in semi-circular sub-arch and arched
recess; band course over, the 4-pane sash windows horizontally divided with side margins, in plain openings to first
floor, and matching 3-pane windows to second floor. Plaque over side door records that 'George Sweetman, local
historian, lived here 1869-1914'. Interior not seen.
