Cottage. Probably late C18, of one build with No 24 (qv). Local stone rubble, colourwashed; plain clay tile roof over
stone slate base courses, with abutments; brick chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 2 bays. 12-pane sash windows in plain
openings; 6-panel door to bay 2, in plain recess under C20 pitched metal hood on wrot iron brackets. Interior not
seen.
