A C18 red brick house. 2 storeys and attics. 3 window range, double-hung sashes
with glazing bars, in plain reveals. The centre window has a semi-circular head.
A central doorway with a semi-circular fanlight with radial glazing bars has a
doorcase with reeded pilasters and an open pediment. Roof tiled, with 3 hipped
dormers.
All the listed buildings in St John's Green form a group.
