Formerly known as The Meeting House and also Fullers. The original building was of the late C16, built on an L shaped plan with a tall west wing. The building has been extensively renovated and modernised in the, CGIO. Two storeys and attics. The ground storey is faced with C20 brick and the upper storeys have sham timber-framing, the first storey and attic windows are diamond mullioned and mullioned and transomed casements with lattice leaded lights. The west wing has two external chimney stacks with three shafts set diagonally (rebuilt at the top ) and the east wing has an external stack 'with two shafts set diagonally. Roof tiled, with gabled dormer windows to the east wing. The house is particularly remarkable for the fine early C17 wall paintings in two of the attic rows of the west wing. They are symmetrical compositions of arabesques, centaurs, putti, fishes etc one is in red and white and the other, dated 1615, is in grey and white.
