Barn. Late C17 with later alterations. Weatherboarded and corrugated
iron-clad timber frame; corrugated iron roof. 2 levels; doorways to
left and right of centre on south side, latter with C20 windows to either
side and eaves hatch directly above. Interior: framing visible; square
panels, 2 from cill to wall-plate, jowled wall posts. Single-purlin
roof with collar and tie beam trusses except for first truss from left,
which has queen-posts and braces from tie beam to wall posts; straight
and slightly curved windbraces. Loft over 3 right bays. Included for
group value.
