adjoining granary

Farmhouse and adjoining granary, now a house. Early C18 and
c.1800. Coursed and squared rubble with gabled and hipped slate
roofs. Projecting quoins and architraves. 2 gable and 2 ridge
stacks. 2 storeys, 4 bays. L-plan. Windows are mainly glazing
bar sashes. East front has at each end a half-round hipped bay.
To left, French window with Gothick overlight. To its right,
door flanked to left by 2 and to right by single Gothick
casements. Above, 4 Gothick casements. South front has central
C20 flat roofed porch with parapet. Central door. Casement in
each side. Flanked by single tall sashes. Above, 3 sashes.
West side has to left 2 storey stable range, To left, higher
granary with 2 coped gables, and casement, door and external
wooden stair. Above, to left, a door. North gable has, above, a
casement. Rear wing has to west off-centre C20 hipped porch
flanked by single casements. Above, 3 casements. Return angle
has a sash and above, a casement.
