1872. Red brick with rusticated stone treatment to centre doorways and with stone and blue brick dressings. Symmetrical gabled facade of two storeys. Centre section advanced with four-light window with plate tracery and flanking single lights. Similar lights below flank centre paired round arched doorways with keystones. All windows with original iron tracery. Lettered band above door.

Nos. 36 and 38 and The Baptist Chapel form a group.
