Former smallholding, now detached private house. c1800.
Roughcast faced, stone slate roof with eaves brackets, rendered low
end stacks and one rear lateral stack. Single main range of 2
storeys and attic with 2 small single storey rear end wings linked
by central slate-roofed lean-to. Three windows, 12-pane sashes in
plain reveals, central recess blind. Similar to ground floor and
central door of 6 panels, top 4 fielded, lower 2 flush, with flat
stone hood on brackets. Two small gabled dormers with paired
casements. Substantial amount of internal joinery remains,
including shutters, and carved stone fireplace in ground floor room
to left.
