Detached house. Early C19. Ham stone ashlar; hipped Welsh slate roof; two central ashlar stone chimney stacks. Villa
style. Two storeys, 3 bays. Plinth, plain corner pilasters and eaves band course; 16-pane sash windows in plain
openings; to lower bay 2 part-glazed door set in open stone porch with Tuscan columns and pilasters carrying plain
entablature: 2-bay return: C19 extensions to north-east corner. Interior not seen.
