II
Circa 1830. Two storeys and basement to north, due to sloping site. Cement rendered. Gable end slate roof, eaves hidden by parapet and moulded cornice, the front flanked by pilaster strips on plinth. Three windows first floor: bay of three lights to right, sash, glazing bars, fluted pilaster strips, panelled apron, frieze and cornice projecting to side before returning to main cornice. Centre window blind. Left hand window: recessed, sash, glazing bars, block sill. Ground floor left: recessed tripartite window, sash, glazing bars, block sill. To right large window, recessed, sash, later glazing bars, block sill, flanked by paired Doric pilasters, with block cornice over. Central recessed panelled door with two lights. Moulded reveals. Imports to moulded arch with keystone, blind lunette.
