One building consisting of 2 parallel ranges. The front is C18. Two storeys.
Four windows. Stuccoed. Eaves cornice of brick cogging. Tiled roof. Glazing
bars missing. 2 bays on both floors. Red Sails has a doorway in moulded architrave
surround with rectangular fanlight, projecting cornice over with corbel heads
on each side. Group value.
