Circa 1840. Three storeys cement rendered. Slate gable end roof hidden
by parapet with coping and block cornice. One window second floor,
recessed, sash, glazing bars, block sill. First floor bay window of
three lights sash, later glazing bars. Tuscan pilasters, frieze and
cornice. Mid victorian shop front with chamfered pilasters, consoles
and gabled caps over, cornice breaks forward in line with first floor
bay window. Central mullion dividing shop window into two panes with
rounded corners, panelled risens.

Nos 1, 1A and 2 with No 2A Union Street form a group.
