Cottage. C19. Brick with pantile roof. Deep rendered plinth, plain eaves, single central and single side wall stacks. Two storeys, two bays, square plan. Gable end to street. East front has two C20 casements with segmental heads, on each floor; those above smaller. North gable has to right a plank door and to its right a single Yorkshire sash. Above, a single Yorkshire sash, all with segmental heads.
