Circa 1840-50. Two storeys and semi basement, faced with coursed stone in
imitation of bricks, rusticated quoins. Low pitch hipped slate roof, project-
ing eaves, lion heads studding guttering. Four windows; 2 in bow to South;
recessed, sash, later glazing bars architrave surrounds, block sills. Flight
of 8 steps with rendered parapets and capped piers, leading up to enclosed
pedimented porch, blind recessed windows to side. Recessed door to porch of
2 full length fielded panels, rectangular fanlight over. Flanked by stepped
pilasters with beading to Tuscan capitals, pilasters to wall. Frieze with
beading, egg and dart moulding to cornice.
