Circa 1830. Two storeys and basement, rendered painted. Double gable and
slate roofs, eaves hidden by blocking course, cornice and plain frieze. Flank-
ing pilaster strips on plinth. Three windows, recessed, sash, glazing bars,
block cills. Recessed modern door, rectangular fanlight survives. Enclosed
Doric porch with coupled pilasters to front and pilasters at right angles to
wall. Wing of 1 window set back on North side.
Garden front to East: 4 windows, 3 in bow through height of building 1 with
balcony. Outcurving wing to North of 1 window, perhaps originally a complete
bow as part of a flat fronted bow window survives on ground floor, now con-
verted to a door on to modern verandah.
