Farmhouse. Early C19. Squared coursed limestone with Collyweston slate roof. Double-depth plan. Two storeys with cellar. Main front is a three-window range. Central C19 part-glazed door has moulded stone surround, with four-centred arch-head and flight of steps. Tall, two-light, stone mullion windows have sash opening lights with glazing bars. The ground floor windows have Gothick glazing bars to window heads. Hipped roof with lateral stone stacks. Rear elevation is similar with some casement windows and central doorway. Service room is attached at right angles to rear.

Interior not inspected but noted as having early C19 staircase with stick balustrade.
