Formerly The Old Fox Tavern. Of C18 origin, interesting Victorian public house facade.
Two-storeys, 2 windows on first floor. The first floor is painted cement with banded
parapet; and fluted pilasters enclose 2 windows and there is a centre piece containing
the letters FOX TAVERN. The ground floor is in glazed brick with arches, mouldings
and flush coloured bands; the central window is an ornamental bay in hardwood. Colours
are red, yellow, light and dark green with white lettering in the frieze.
