Forms rear wing of No 11 Railway Street. Has unique curiosity value, of
a riot of Victorian ornament. 2 storeys, with round-headed attic windows
above an acanthus cornice. The entire wall surface is of chiselled,
patterned stone blocks, the attic windows with carved and scrolled
architraves, masks at all window lintels and keystones, and the cornice
skyline decorated with busts and birds (including an eagle, probably
once on Eagle House round the corner.)
