House. Third quarter of C18. Coursed squared sandstone with painted plinth
and quoins and tooled ashlar dressings; Welsh slate roof with stone gable
copings and yellow brick chimneys. 2 storeys, 4 windows, 4-panel door, the
upper panels glazed and round-headed, in panelled reveal under entablature
with pulvinated frieze. Late C19 sashes, that at left on ground floor
tripartite, in raised stone surrounds.

Roof has slightly swept eaves; copings rest on curved kneelers; 3 ridge
chimneys, at ends and between second and third bays.
