House and cottage, now one dwelling. Early - mid C18. Coursed squared
sandstone with quoins and ashlar dressings; roof renewed in dark asbestos
slate tiles with stone gable copings; brick chimneys. 2 storeys, 4-windows.
Raised stone surround to 6-panel door in second bay; similar surrounds to
margined sashes in first 3 bays and fixed lights, with glazing bars and top-
hung casements, in fourth bay. Gable copings rest on widely-curved kneelers;
chimneys at left end and at right of third bay; truncated stone chimney at
right end.

Interior: square open-well stair at centre rear has ramped moulded handrail
on fluted newels and Chinese fret balustrade; some 2-panel doors; some H hinges;
architraves to 6-panel doors with fielded panels.
