Formerly beam-engine house now house: dated 1815, converted to house
c.1850. Washed and rendered walls with Welsh slate roof and 3
plastered stacks. 1 and 2 storey, irregular front of 3 gables of
parallel ranges. 12-pane sash under cambered head in 1 storey left
end gable and 16-pane sashes under similar heads in remaining 2 storey
gables. Projecting, gabled porch towards left has semi-circular head
over a fanlight with radial glazing bars and 6-panelled door (both C20
replacements). Plain barge boards have been decoratively painted and
the name and date are on a plaque in central gable.
